We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and kind, offering to order a pizza for us when we couldn't find any restaurants late at night. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were well-appointed, and we particularly enjoyed the free rental bikes, a genius addition. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and a nice open plan sitting area on the opposite banks. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff ensured that everything was well-maintained. the breakfast provided plenty of choice, including the ability to cook our own eggs to our liking.
Was all great.

Because of an error (by me) this review also appears as that of the Aston Hotel in Turin. I tried to get Booking to change it,by emailing them, but have not succeeded. Beautiful view from the room over the river and a pleasant and quiet location. The evening receptionist was friendly and pleasant. We were welcomed very nicely Altrhough we didn't have time to swim the pool looked lovely. The view and location alone outweighed the negatives. The room was a good size and with a lovely outlook.
The meal was overpriced, bland and no itemised bill was provided. The morning receptionist ( a chap) was unfriendly and had little concept of people skills. My cc was swiped twice and I was not given anything to prove it had been cancelled the first time, despite asking. I hope only one payment has been taken! The door to the terrasse of the room was falling off one of its hinges and the room had only one chair.

Hampton's Hotel offers a pleasant stay for business travelers. the spacious rooms are clean and well-equipped, with amenities like a widescreen television and comfortable beds. the bathrooms are also spacious and come with a tub, hair dryer, and plenty of towels. the friendly and efficient reception staff ensures a smooth check-in process. the hotel serves a great breakfast with plenty of choices, including the option to cook your own eggs. the hotel's location right on the lake front and close to Namur town centre offers a beautiful view and convenient access to explore the area.
One aspect that could be improved is the maintenance of the hotel's garden, which appeared to have been neglected for a long period.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Well positioned on the river south of Namur. Namur is a great place and well worth a visit.

The location of this hotel is really fantastic. Behind the hotel (10min) there is a river that flows to (or from) Namur (also known as Namen). This particular place over the riverside is fantastic. If you like walking, this is the place. The distance to Namus is only 8km, and I would recommend walking there along the river.
This is a simple hotel with a lot of children. Our room was very cold and dark (it seemed as if we are in a bunker)

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, especially considering the prices of other accommodations in the area. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, with clean and spacious accommodations equipped with a large widescreen television and good amenities. The location, situated in the premier Strawberry growing area of Belgium on the riverside, offered a picturesque view from the rooms. The staff was friendly and the breakfast served was great, providing a good start to the day.
No aspect of my stay at this hotel could be improved. All was just perfect.

It stated your would have a balcony view riverfront room. We did not have a view of the river, and the balcony is not even big enough to stand on. Not what I had pictured. A okay place to stay if you are on a budget, do not expect any luxuries.

Hampton'S Hotel Namur Wepion exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the spacious and well-appointed rooms. The hotel's prime location on the riverside provided a delightful view and added to the overall charm. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Lastly, the breakfast options were varied and satisfying, perfectly complementing the nearby supermarket's offerings.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

Great location facing the river and apart from the barges on the River Meuse a quiet location. Lovely riverside walk past prestigious houses.
First room which was non smoking was in fact the reverse and stank of cigerette smoke. We obtained another room. The rooms offered as twin was in fact a double bed with an undesirable folding sofa bed with a thin mattress- all rooms being the same. NOT my idea of a twin room. Restaurant prices were very high and a limited menu. Better to use the adjacent supermarket buffet restaurant open until 9pm.

The location along the river and the walking trail were both excellent.
The rooms are very basic. I selected two rooms, one standard with a prepaid option including breakfast and one superior room without a breakfast included. They were identical rooms but the second room was much higher priced. This was very disappointing.

The hotel offered a beautiful river walk at the rear of the property, providing a peaceful and scenic setting. the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, offering a warm welcome to guests. The ample free parking was a convenient feature, making it easy for guests to come and go as they pleased.
The hotel fell short in several areas. The overall appearance and upkeep of the hotel seemed dated and faded, with stained carpets and worn-out furnishings.
